OCTOBER 2019 : ISSUE 02

First,

I want to extend my appreciation and gratitude to everyone who has shared feedback with our first newsletter.

Now,

  • WE HIT 9K on Instagram!! While the number of "followers" aren't the focus, I am grateful for all of the support. I check the accounts often and am lucky that I have not been invaded by the bots!!...hopefully I didn't just jinx it!
  • Thank you to authors Beatrice Brown of BeaBrownBooks and Reesa Shayne for the latest donation to our free book club!
  • 4 authors were added to our online directory - Kingsley Osei, Christie Cruise, L.B. Anne and Kenisha E. Anthony. In addition, after the great feedback, we added a web directory for illustrators, publishers, and other literary organizations. This will be set up similar to our online directory.
  • Reading logs for the free book club has been updated for general usage.
  • There's still time and limited space to join the young readers or movie book club as well as for our first story club event.
  • New arrivals - Davy's Pirate Ship and Baby Kai and The Monster In The Closet.
  • To celebrate the autumn equinox we have also added hoodies and sweatshirts!! Pre-order now! Until October 25th you can pre-order fall gear to keep you stylish and warm! all orders placed on or before this date will receive their order the 1st week of November!

  • Contact info has been updated - see "helpful info" at the end of this newsletter.

We have officially started on the path to print our author directory catalog!! Yes!! exciting right? Just like a good hardcover or paperback, sometimes it is better to hold the information in your hands rather than on a screen! Look out for that in 2020!

Thank you again to all the authors who continue to bless our space with your light and love.
